As our designer Hector explains it: "This Hawaiian engagement and wedding ring is made of a combination of white and yellow gold. The white gold wave pattern is crafted separately, then worked into the yellow gold surface. Symbolically, the blending of the two materials represents the joining of two spirits into holy matrimony, where yellow gold is the softer warmer side and white gold is its rock hard counterpart. The inspiration for the wave came from the idea that a wedding is at times perhaps like riding some rough waves while at other times it's like a smooth ride on a calm surf."
